We recommend measuring your finger size in the evening or when your hands are warm. Begin by pushing the end through the buckle to form a loop. Slide the loop onto your finger and adjust it until it fits comfortably. Make sure the ring sizer can slide easily along the entire length of your finger, including your knuckle. Your finger size will be shown by the arrow on the ring sizer. For rings with a wider band, we recommend ordering 1 size larger than your measured ring size.

Shipping & Returns
1. Shipping
All inspirational Design Bay rings come with complimentary shipping and can be delivered anywhere in Australia. For peace of mind, all shipments are delivered via tracked Express Post.
Design Bay rings are unique and are made to order so please allow between 13-17 business days for delivery. For custom made rings incorporating rare one-of-a-kind gemstones, which need to be individually sourced, please allow between 23-32 business days. Please note that we are unable to deliver orders to PO boxes. If you have any questions about your order, please visit the FAQs page or get in touch. Every effort is made to deliver your ring on time, however in the event of a delivery delay, you will be notified via email.
If for any reason your Design Bay ring does not arrive within 5 business days of the expected delivery date, it is your responsibility to inform us via email so we can make enquiries with the courier to ensure your inspirational ring is delivered as soon as possible and you are notified of a revised delivery date. Design Bay Jewellery will not be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of a late delivery. It is highly unlikely that your Design Bay ring is lost in transit, however if your ring does get lost, an inquiry will be made with the courier. It is up to the discretion of Design Bay Jewellery as to whether or not a replacement ring will be sent out at our expense. If an incorrect delivery address is entered at the time of ordering, Design Bay Jewellery is not obliged to cover the cost of a new ring.

2.1. ‘Love It or Your Money Back’ Guarantee* (Change of Mind Returns)
Design Bay offers a ‘Love It or Your Money Back’ Guarantee*. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us via the contact page on our website within 14 days of delivery. A valid reason in 15 words or more is required when requesting a full refund. Your feedback will help improve the service and product offering of Design Bay Jewellery.
Once your feedback has been acknowledged, your ring will need to be returned in its original condition and accompanied by a tax invoice within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt, your ring will be inspected, and the refund will become void if there is proof that the ring has been worn, altered, resized, scratched or damaged in any way.

The quality and workmanship of every Design Bay ring is checked before dispatch, however in the unlikely event that your ring is faulty or not to your specifications, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the ring is unworn, in its original condition and accompanied by a tax invoice within 14 days of delivery.
